I love everything about my experiences with this office! They explain everything up front with no surprises at the end of your appointment. They are all patient if I did have questions, it’s a very warm experience. LGBTQIA, POC, friendly and this is exactly what I looking for when searching for my eye doctor. I definitely recommend. I can't recommend Dr. Emily Tran and the entire team enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, organized, and made the whole experience stress-free. Dr. Emily was extremely thorough during my exam, took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and genuinely cared about my eye health. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and kindness. It's not often you find a healthcare provider who combines expertise with such exceptional bedside manner. I'm so glad I found this office and will definitely be coming back for all of my future eye care needs. If you're looking for an optometrist who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!

Dr. Tran and her team are absolutely phenomenal! Kaylana gave great conversation during my pre-testing which made my feel comfortable for my first time there. Dr. Tran was very kind during my eye exam and Brenda was helpful in helping me pick between two glasses frame I was stuck between. Clean and friendly office, would definitely recommend!

This is my husband and i first visit to this location on Breton and 44th. The young lady that greeted us with very good customer service. The other front desk person his name is C, was very aggressive, and abrasive. The whole time the young lady Kayloni was talking to us he kept jumping in overtalking her. And actually giving out wrong information. Every time we asked a question, he would loudly try to answer the question. But with wrong information. Very rude and unsettling. He never spoke to us or was welcoming when xame through the front doors. On a positive note Kayloni handled it very professionally. With a smile. And she made us smile when we left.
