Front desk was very kind and scheduled me and my toddler same day appointments last min. We got there and everyone was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean and nice. But the best part was Dr Taylor! She was so sweet and kind and so good with my toddler. We had a great experience all around. We will definitely be back and recommend them! Thanks again! Xoxo

Very pleased with my experience. I ordered the flex frame glasses and that did not work for me. They replaced my glasses with another pair in a different frame and I am very happy. Thanks for working with me and taking care of this!! The team did a great job as well.

Buyer beware here! The told me it was a medical requirement to get a retina scan that insurance doesn't cover. Granted it was only $40 but still lying to make a coupled bucks isn't cool. Then when they found out I wasn't buying my glasses there they didn't complete the eye examine. I called politely and asked for my "PD" numbers and was told since I wasn't buying glasses from them they didn't keep the examine info that has the PD measurements. So they are billing my insurance company scammed me for my copay and an extra $40! Not cool at all! --UPDATE 3-3-2026--My insurance company was very clear that they CAN NOT deny any portion of my exam just because I'm not purchasing glasses from them. This is a violation of the contract they have with the insurance companies. --UPDATE 3-5-2026--A person from corporate reached out and explained what happened was wrong. They offered a full refund which I declined because I applaud their follow up and promise to re educate the staff at this office. I felt the conversation was genuine so I have increased their rating based on them owning the situation and offering a remedy.

Had an exam today my total bill was $868.00 with the purchase of glasses. I was denied when asked for my PD. I was told it the PD would be up to whom ever provided the glasses. This is a bold face lie. As far as I'm concerned I paid for my exam and glasses and should be entitled to my PD. Also the paper I signed stated the refraction exam would cost $44 but I was charged $50. My daughter also had an exam at the same time and all the same complaints applied. Her bill was over $1,200. I will be calling my insurance company and making a complaint. The sales lady added options to our bills without asking whether we wanted them. I was a long time SVS patient as well as my daughter and went to RX Optical on a referral but will return back to SVS as I had none of these issues with SVS. When the lady that took care of us walked away from table we were at she flipped over my daughter's record so we couldnt read it. What is the secret? I had called and left a message with your answering service an hour after the appointment to remove the lenses film and the insurance charge. I will be requesting a copy of my record and so will my daughter. We will never use RX Optical again.
