Dr Dugan is very kind, pays attention to your eyecare needs, and answers any questions in an understandable way. What I appreciate the most is his staff. They are warm and welcoming. They honestly help you pick glasses or contacts. They work with your schedule when needing to make appointments. I truly admire their sense of service to those that come in.
Our experience with Dr. Dugan and his staff was excellent. Everyone was patient with my 4 boys and he explained everything in a way I could understand regarding my son’s vision. He was very thorough and personable.
