We have been going here for over 20 yrs and always have a great experience! The ladies always explain everything throughly, assist with picking glasses out, and provide honest feedback. The doctors are great! (Today we saw Dr. Richmond) We have seen most of them and they are full of information and take time to answer all my zillion questions and I never feel rushed. Today was perhaps the busiest day I have ever seen (some were standing), and the office ladies and gentlemen stayed calm and professional and got everyone taken care of quickly. Good work ya'll!

I have been a patient for years and they simply keep me coming back. Their process is efficient but not rushed. The Drs have been thorough, personal, and answered any questions I have had. Most recent visit was with Dr Randall. He is great. Have also used several others with the same result. Monica, one of their Opticians, is tops in my book! She is friendly, helpful and great to work with.

They were prompt in seeing me,. Did not have to wait for the assistant to start taking pictures of my eyes. The wait to see my doctor was very reasonable. Dr. Becker was thorough in her evaluation, and pleasant to visit with. Total time took less than 30 minutes.

Dr Redmond was wonderful as always. He is thoughtful, considerate and takes his time making sure I understand what he is doing and why. The young man who did the tests before I saw the doctor was also top notch! I appreciate everyone who works in the front desk also. Triple A plus!!!

I have been going to West Wichita for probably 5 or 6 years and I went to Maple street office for over 20 years. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Monica is a gem. She knows us when she sees us and always works with our insurance to get us the best price. One of the opticians has over charged us twice well over $100.00 in fact it was over $300.00 this time but Monica reviewed the order and got us a quick refund. Both Monica and Wanda always get our order accurate and fit our glasses perfectly when they arrive
