Jonathan (hope I spelled that right) was very kind, friendly, and helpful! SUCH a refreshing turn of employees compared to other locations we've visited. He offered assistance on finding the right frames by our sought after colors, styles, etc. He was able to pull some of our previous order info and assist us efficiently. Awesome, awesome customer service. Can't wait to pick up our glasses!
I stopped by the other day and had a really great experience. A young lady helped me pick out some frames, and she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. I took a while deciding, but she never rushed me and made me feel comfortable taking my time. She also helped me find styles that actually suited what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Overall, she was super kind and made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I thought I was going to just grab my glasses and go, but no, such a sweet girl 👧 gave such exceptional customer service combined with sincere interest. Was shopping this gentleman approached me very Pleasant ask to visit the opitical dept if I had time. Which I did. Only reason due to his politeness in his Approach. He fixed my glasses since the kept falling and cleaned my lenses. Also told him about bright light bothering A lot when I drive and he suggested polo Octave over my glasses which I tried and made a big difference. Needed a bigger size so we’ll be back in the store when I have more time. It is associates like him that are pleasant and awfully helpful that make customers come back to the store. He is a great asset to the optical department and greatly appreciate it for his nice smiling face !’
Had a great visit here. Jonathan was super nice and helpful! Got my glasses adjusted and cleaned. Exactly what I needed. Got me in and out really quick. Definitely recommend!
