I’ve been going to the Crestview Hills KY LensCrafters for numerous years. Everyone is always so helpful. There’s never a long wait time and Lori is the best. She helps me pick out frames that look the best on my face and tries to give me me the best deal between my insurance and what LensCrafters is offering promotionally. You just don’t receive customer service like that anymore! Dr. Schmidt and her team were very nice and provided a thorough exam and went over everything in detail. She even said if the glasses that I got didn’t help with my computer time to come back and they would adjust things. Great group of medical professionals!
I had a great experience at the Lens Crafters in Crestview Ky. Everyone from the receptionist, the optometrist and the employee in the glasses store were very polite and gave me great customer service. I will be back and will recommend to everyone.
Great experience! Pre-registration was easy, staff was very friendly, the exam process was smooth, and Dr. Schmitt was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and talked to me about my concerns and issues.
Very welcoming staff. This was my first time coming here and I loved it. Great process, friendly staff and got me in and out. Will definitely be returning with my family.
