Most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Than explained every step along the way and helped me understand the changes that have taken place in my eyes the past 2years. After my eye exam I worked with Raven to pick out new frames. She understood my face size and shape and pointed out frames that were too long or too wide. I purchased 3pairs. When I picked them up they were perfect! I’m a fan of Salle and will definitely be back for my next exam and glasses purchase.

I was initially disappointed that my glasses were not ready within the original estimated 10-day timeframe, and the process ultimately stretched to nearly three weeks. However, after sharing my concerns, the customer service experience improved significantly. I received a sincere apology, and the staff showed genuine concern about the delay. They took the time to explain the issues with the lab and kept me informed with better communication. While I would have preferred to receive my glasses as originally promised, I appreciate the team's responsiveness and their efforts to address the situation. Their professionalism and willingness to communicate made a positive difference in my overall experience.

Salle Opticians is my go to place for Cartier glasses! I frequently drop in and get my cleaned and tighten when I’m in the area. Ashleigh has the best energy! I always recommend her to my friends and family!

This is my go to spot to get customized glasses. I initially thought it would be difficult to get what I wanted. I am a visual person. However AP assisted and I now have the perfect pair of glasses. AP ensured that the lenses fit my face as well as helping me with the color the lenses should be. AP was extremely kind and patient.
