My visit was handled with efficiency, politeness and was very thorough. Dr. Scwhitzman is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and takes his time to ensure I am receiving the best care possible. Highly recommend
I’ve been to a lot of different optical shops down here and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the selection is amazing. Joelle was the nicest eyewear advisor I have met in a long time, so ask for her, though they are all good. And Dee was the one who taught me how to take out my contacts. A saint. And Dr. Small took a lot of time getting my new prescription just right, which allows me to see the world in all its glory. Go team, Lenscrafter! You rock!
I have been going to this office for Lenscrafters for several years to get my eyes checked. Super nice people. Beautiful technology and great doctors. Highly recommend.
This place is an absolute joke. I showed up 10 minutes early from my 4:30 PM appointment. They sent me in to take pictures of my eyes, etc. Then while waiting for the doctor, another gentleman walked in whose appointment was at 3 PM and is an hour and a half Late. They decided to take him before me and told me I had to wait another half an hour, even though I was on time for my appointment and this other gentleman was an hour and a half late. I would never recommend this place to anybody
The team and the doctor provided excellent care and had great focus. We always have a good experience when we go to this particular office.
