I've had many wonderful experiences with salt optometry. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about their patients. The eye exam was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and the optical team helped me with my glasses. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended! Dr. Cara is the best! I went in for a contact lens exam after wearing glasses my whole life, and she took the time to walk me through the entire process and address all of my concerns. When my contacts arrived, she was very thorough and had me do a trial to make sure everything felt right. I’m extremely happy with my experience and will definitely be returning.
The doctor was very thorough and patient with our visit. We had three back to back appointments, and two of them were for children. She took her time explaining all the findings and we even learned some fun facts with about our eye anatomy. Overall great experience from start to finish. The staff were very helpful from the beginning. The interior of the retail space was clean and well designed. Looking forward to my visit next year.
Fantastic experience! The optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire appointment quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly and fun to work with, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
