Great service and very efficient! Melanie is a great person. She was so patient with us, answered all our questions with experience and knowledge. My boyfriend went to so many places and couldn’t find a good pair without being ripped off… we are very grateful for their help and will recommend them to our friends. 😊

Went in to order/buy contacts with my own prescription that I got from another optometrist office (Pensacola Vision Center - do not recommend). Melanie.L. was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just awesome! Gave me options about buying a 6-month supply or 1 yr to better maximize my insurance benefits. Also, she gave me the option to have it delivered at home or opt for in store pick up. I've had my contact prescription filled multiple times before at Sams, but never have I come across someone as good as her.

Absolutely the worst experience at this location. Apparently it takes the two employees to handle one customer before me. I was asked how I could be helped and replied I just needed to purchase a box of contacts. I stood in line with others for approximately 45 minutes. Finally to be told that no prescription could be found. And was told that the ophthalmologist leases from Sam's and is there only two days out of the week. Also that they have no access to my prescription. What a waste of my time and money. Very disappointed and will no longer be doing business with the optical department.

Gregory was awesome! I have my sight back. Thank you for the great advice on frames, and encouragement for a first time glasses wearer. Super comfortable purchasing experience!

Sam’s club opticals service was great. Gregory D was awesome in helping me pick which glasses and lends were right for me and setting up a solid warranty plan. Thank man!
