Sam's Club Optical

We walked in at noon on Tuesday 3/7/2023 to schedule (one) appointment for my husband on 3/9/2023. Receptionist scheduled him for 5:30pm on 3/9/2023. My husband asked her 3 times if she had scheduled him at 5:30 PM because he obviously works and can only be there at 5:30 PM. Yesterday 3/8/2023 he received a reminder text that he was scheduled for 4:30 PM. When he called to inquire the person was dismissive and rude. She kept trying to convince him he had scheduled for 4:30 PM. This person is dishonest and incompetent. I was there when he scheduled for 5:30 PM. Very disappointed that Sam's Club hires these type of very dishonest and incompetent people! Management where are you!?

I walked into the office and scheduled an appointment with Rachel a couple days out at 5:30pm. I receive a text message the next day to confirm my appointment at 4:30pm. So I call the office and they tell me, very rudely, to call a scheduling number because there's nothing they can do. WTH?! I call the number and they tell me that my appointment was changed from 5:30pm to 4:30pm and the 5:30pm appointment is now filled. Why would you change my appointment time? Very unprofessional to treat patients like this.

Michelle was fantastic! She has great customer service and was thorough with all the tests.

I had a great experience, they take their time to give you the best service possible. Will definitely be coming back for other eye exams. Great customer service as well.
