Sabrina gave me dynamite customer service!!! I was traveling back west to New Mexico but needed to get my eye glasses before the end of the month to be covered by insurance. I had one day left to get them ordered. I decided to stop in to see if I could pick them out and order them from here but have them shipped to my home in New Mexico. Sabrina assured me that was definitely a service she could accommodate. I had been driving alone for 6 hours. I tiredly went into a unique style eye center (for Sam’s) that was clean and fully stocked with glasses to choose from. Also a very busy Saturday afternoon. I was listening while Sabrina helped several customers. Her CS was outstanding. I was secretly hopeful she would be the one to assist me. The other 2 ladies were nice as well but Sabrina was so detailed with her cs and I had lots of questions. I figured she had worked for Sams Optical many years as she was very skilled and knowledgeable in her discussions concerning others insurance questions and her product information. My turn came and Sabrina greeted me just as kindly as she had the 2 others before me. I even told her she was a great asset to Sam’s Optical team. I was surprised to find out she’s been with sams less than one year!!! I got the feeling the entire staff is well managed. Thank you Sabrina for making this annual decision much more pleasant!!!
