Do not recommend, save your time and go somewhere else. Walked up to the desk where 2 employees were sitting, on their phones texting. I started to ask my question and the girl with dark hair, long eye lashes and extravagant eyeshadow rudely answered my questions with extreme annoyance for interrupting her texting. As I walked away, my husband was waiting for me (unbeknownst to the employee) and watched her turn to her coworker and roll her eyes. As a Sam’s Club member for years, I was highly disappointed.

I purchased glasses online for my son and over time the arm has gotten loose. I tried to tighten the screws with the tools I had but no success. I was in Sam’s Club and thought I would ask them for help. As others vision centers are welcoming. I asked them if they could help me tighten the arm. They looked at the glasses and seen they weren’t purchased there and said they couldn’t tighten them. I then asked if there was a specific tool that could help. The assistant pulled out a small screwdriver to show me and I was telling her that it was different than what I had. I then asked if I could see if the tool fit so that I can go purchase one. They said NO. I was willing to pay for them to tighten the glasses and they refused to assist me. I was very disappointed because I have wore glasses for over 30 years and I have never been told by an associate that couldn’t help. So I will happily take the glasses to an eye center that will help. I’m just glad I never bothered with their optical services before because I know I would have been disappointed with their service and attitude towards people.
DO NOT recommend this place. The prescription was wrong and went elsewhere. The lady wanted me to come back in and have the prescription rechecked. How can that be when the doctor isn't even there. The other place was cheaper and I now have a correct prescription. Will not refund since I had to get another exam. Very very disappointing place and practice.
The doctor is by TELEHEALTH only! I didn't know that until I was in office, I made the appointment on the phone. My prescription was way off and I could not try my contacts in office so I could tell the doctor if it was right or not. I would have to go back on a Tuesday or Thursday when the Doctor is "IN" but she is out of state and it's on a not great computer connection. Also beware you will pay for a retinal scan without your knowledge $39. This was the most expensive eye appointment I have had as well. Beware.
Very small selection, horrible customer service: they refuse to transfer a prescription to Walmart optical. Their kids sports glasses frames broke within three months.
