I was shut down and turned away mid sentence because I did not have a hard copy of my prescription. I did have a soft copy from my optometrist but the employee refused to even glance at it. She continued to shut down any avenues of being able to buy glasses by telling me I can not use the store's printers even though I never asked. There were 0 customers being helped at the time. I left feeling this employee simply did not want to help. I went to Costco who accepted my soft copy without question and had a wonderful experience. Costco had a very speedy accommodating service that made the experience great. I know where I'll be taking my business in the future!

My experience was not good. First they said my vision insurance was not good. Then they took another customer while wait for them to check my eligibility on my insurance. I had to call my insurance company to verify i was eligible for glasses. Then they came up I need an authorization number which it is provided after they filed a claim. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I walked out because they said they couldn’t process my insurance because their computer couldn’t be override to take my benefits provided by my insurance company. F rating
