Dr Lekura is wonderful! He took time to listen to all concerns and was very respectful and easy to talk to.

One star for the great price. I got an RX and contact exam and a pair of contacts lens for $85. I deducted a star because the receptionist took just as long checking me out, then the whole eye exam. Another star fails off because she re-spelled my first and last name, even though I give her my ID. I deduct another star because after setting a long time, I reminded her twice of my PD. Instead of offering me a seat again, she made me stand; held the PD meter up to my face; taking the PD at the cash register; then wrote it on plastic bag's receipt. When I asked why not put it in the RX record. She replied 'everybody does their own PD.' However, when ordering contacts online everything must be on the doctor's prescription. She gave the PD it was in double digits. When I asked for a single digit, she wrote that too in chicken scratch. Her name tag was turned backward. She never smiled. She never greeted. So, it is only fair, I deduct another star for the standoffish customer service.

The ladies are amazing. Well refer family and friends to get their glasses glasses from them. Natalie and manager Lauren are the best. Hands down great ladies. they are very approachable and help with assisting in selecting glasses. Tge doctor is very professional and answer all questions and concerns.

Employee Brett was rude when I had a problem with my glasses and tried to explain it to him. He didn't listen nor seem to care or understand what the problem was. I'll gladly go elsewhere for continued care.
