I just tried calling the Deptford Sam’s Club Optical Center 3 times within 5 minutes (11 A.M. on 1/5/21) . Each time I called, I would get the automated system for the first 5-10 seconds and then I would hear the phone being picked up and immediately get hung up on. If the employee answering the phone was busy, I would of been more than happy to be put on hold. The only reason I did not give one star is because I am not sure the reasoning behind hanging up on me repeatedly, but come to think of it I can not think of a good reason. I called the Walmart in the same shopping complex and they answered my questions and I set up an appointment 2 days away. Funny how you have to pay to be a member at Sam’s but it’s free to go to Walmart.

Watch out for the one female employee. She's condescending and rude. FYI Better off waiting for Jon Sass or Neil.

Unbelievable long wait for service. Not worth the discount! Customer ahead of me has been continuously serviced since 1pm. I arrived at 3:15 and told to return after 20 minutes, and it is now 4:27.....finally waited on and he gets on a phone call....🤦🏻‍♀️
