Sam’s Club

This is a nice Sam's Club, amazing prices, ok customer service, except their tire department, which actually has phenomenal customer service under Rena's leadership. So the reason I give it only 3 stars is because it's a warehouse club, I can't see any being so amazing they should get 4 or 5 stars. Oh, this is also a safe Store and area, cops really watch the area well. So if you are looking for amazing prices in a comfortable environment, I definitely recommend this Sam's Club.

Store was clean and carts were well kept. Prices have been lower again and of good value. Large meat and produce section and a large hummus and cheese dip area as well. Consistently busy and can be harder to maneuver around people sometimes but it isn't bad at all. Friendly employees who are willing to help if needed. Plenty of sample stands of many types. Great local store to go to.

Terrible experience waited 20 plus minutes to return an item. Girl at the counter could care less, didn't call back up just ignored everyone else in line. Sure does makes sense why sam's locations are closing with such poorly and lacking customer service they have.

Love Sams club. Pricing is always great for the bulk items. Always have things i need in stock. Store is very organized and clean. Employees are extremely helpful. There are always carts available at the front. Gas station can be a bit congested at times but the gas station is open til 10pm and you can use the app to pay at the pump. The one thing that sets this store apart from Costco is the scan and go. Sometimes the lines can be super packed but I go shopping use the scan and go feature pay for my items on the app and proceed to the exit. This is an awesome feature. Even the delivery method is a plus which as long as its over $50 it free delivery. Just bought a washing machine online they delivered it install it and took the old one away with no extra cost. Paid under 700 for a top of the line samsung washing machine with all the delivery included. At best buy it was the same price but delivery install and discard was not included in the price it was extra. Sams club always takes care of their members.

I became a member at Sam's club. Great deal for $50 for the whole year but once the membership is up in a year it'll go to 120. So I got a good deal for the first year and I enjoyed a slice of pizza and a hot dog for like $3 and $0.50 Awesome deal it was packed but customer service managed to help me out and explain things. Awesome place. Looking forward to doing business with them. Thank you Sam's club. Keep up the good work. Great worker sir. Very helpful
