Stopped by Optical Center after shopping in Sam’s Club because I needed a possible adjustment to my newly purchased Raybans and Michael helped me!!! And when I say HELPED!! He was above and beyond! He was able to add some temple tips, relieve the pressure on my glasses and just do adjustments that’s others have not been able to do!!! Michael is very skilled and was so pleasant!!! I really appreciate the service and will be back!!!!!! Gained a customer from doing a great service!! Thank you!!!

They need to officially change their hours. I’ve tried going several times to pick up an already purchased order and they have been closed early every single time. They have 7pm listed as their closing time on a sign at the counter and online, but they’ve been closed by 6:30, sometimes earlier. I recommend calling ahead to see if they’re actually open when you need them.
