I went to Sam's Club optical department for immediate assistance as my lens from my prescription eyeglasses fell out at work and I didn't know how to fix/put it back together. My optometrist office closed for the day so they weren't gonna be able to assist me at this hr. I was greeted at the optical counter by a friendly and helpful worker named April. I was so grateful that she was able to fix/put the prescription lens back into my Oakley's frame without me having to purchase another eyeglasses frame. I did see a Nike frame that I may be interested in and April was so kind as to hand write a good faith estimate for vision services. I have been in the line of customer service for over 30 years and April has by far exceeded my expectations. She deserves a commendation for the the wonderful service she displayed today. I truly believe that a happy customer is in deed a loyal one. With customer service like this, I believe you will definitely have returning customer. Mahalo nui April!!
