Carmen, Erin, and all the staff at the Optical Center are helpful, patient, and kind. They go out of their way to help you find the perfect pair of eye glasses. You can also save a lot of money on frames here as well! I highly recommend them!

Staff at the optical center was very helpful with picking out glasses and using my insurance. I see no reason to pay more for name brand quality with top level service. 😁

Carmen and her co worker were AWESOME!!!!! So sincere in helping you find the right frames and prescription. Very knowledgable and experienced. Well worth the drive from Asheville to Hendersonville to pick up my glasses!!!

Called customer service line and optical line. Rang through then automatically hung up. Tried 5 times. Hours for optical should be posted on the local club website.
