Sam’s Club Optical

I bought frames from Sam's club optical at the Renaissance location. A screw fell out of the nose pad. Went and asked if they could replace the screw. Was told quite rudely "do you expect us to carry those?" "We don't do that!" Such a disappointment. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to a place with such rude people.

I made a purchase at Sam's club and Amanda.S was extremely helpful going out of her way to help me thanks Amanda.S

The manager and an employee named Debra were extra helpful. Twice before an employee by the name of Tammy was there and was extremely rude and discourteous. She didn't acknowledge my presence and never left her seat to help me until I asked for a manager; then she got up and acted like she cared. BOTH TIMES. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. The third time I was there, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Debra and another employee (I didn't get her name). Both were friendly, helpful, and extremely patient. Because of them I'm rating a 4 star; otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

Very poor service.. The receptionist (kinda heavy built) was rude to my mother, didnt respect her appointment, and skipped her for another woman. My mother doesn't speak fluent English so she took advantage of that to keep her waiting longer. So disappointed as we have been going there for years. Definitely would not recommend because we are paying customers and deserve the same treatment.!

I used to get my contacts here and pay over $200 for a simple exam!! This place is a scam. I went to Costco across the street for WAY less. Don’t bother wasting money here on the exam or contacts. It’s cheaper and better to order contacts online.
