Glasses prices were competitive with insurance, but product quality is poor (my lenses that spider cracked for no reason after only 4 mos). there was only a 2 month warranty with this purchase, extended warranties are added cost, which I wasn’t offered. Poor customer support as well, basically told me they won’t do anything to help me out. Will absolutely never purchase another pair of glasses from Sam’s Club again, may drop my club membership too.

Went there because they had the style and price I liked. Had their Dr do the eye exam. Ordered glasses, they came in and I couldn't see out of one lense. Very blurry. Sent back to lab . Waited another two weeks. Same problem. Now Dr says you have to "adjust" to the new lenses. They clearly messed up. Going back again for re exam. Poor service not worth the good price.

EXCELLENT service from Ed! Super friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable! It’s nice to get glasses somewhere where they don’t work on commission! He got me the most affordable price with zero pressure.

I’ve been going here for several years and each time the service has been great! If you’ve already bought eyeglasses and looking for a place to purchase prescription lenses, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
