I was nervous going because of all the bad reviews but they took my insurance so I gave it a go. I was given great care there by Dr. ELIZABETH I had no problems getting my appointment made and the wait time was amazing 🙌 my appointment was at 10:15 I was seen by 10AM. I will be going back and also looking into the dentist there! The staff was so kind 😇

One of the worst places to go to get checked by the doctor and by the dentist they only discriminated against other races if you ain't white or Spanish. The dentist office had me wait 5 months to be seen and repeat the same question we're not seeing anybody we're full like I said you have to be Spanish or white to be seen." I asked for the corporate office they gave me the wrong phone number I had to show up to actually get the right number.
Adalbys Ventura who works for insurance has helped myself and my sister numerous times with our snap benefits is very helpful, and highly recommend her if you need any help.
I waited 6 months to get in to be seen today I was finally able to get in to my appointment and was registered to be then the last patient in the waiting room to be told sorry we can't see you today I went in a whole hour early. You guys need to do better.
Im used to dealing with rude people being from Philly but staying out in Reading for a little while and having my children seen here was a nightmare. The reception staff was always rude and ignorant for no reason. It was always a problem trying to get an appointment and months away. The first and last time I took my 10 year old daughter there was for a physical for school and the doctor told her that she was overweight and the doctor herself was about 5'3" at least 270lbs. I know shes a doctor and all but she had no room to tell anyone about being overweight especially when my daughter is very tall for her age. I found it very insensitive to tell a young girl that, she immediately told me she wanted to go on a diet. I dont see being 5" 95lbs overweight. The dental staff is no better, they will stay on their phone and let you stand there until they're done with their personal call to say that they dont have any appointments for the next 5 months. Im glad I dont have to deal with that place anymore!
