The office staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The person at check in smiled and greeted me and was very well versed in my insurance. Dr. Hoff was very processional and spoke to me as an adult. I was in and out as a new patient in 1 1/2 hours. I strongly recommend Chesen Eye Center if you’re looking for a new practice! I had an amazing experience at Chesen Laser Eye Center with Dr. Neil Chessen and his entire team. From my initial consultation through my LASIK procedure and follow-up care, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick ( 5 minutes each eye ) and the staff did an excellent job explaining everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I was honestly amazed by the results—I had 20/15 vision the very next day after surgery! Waking up and being able to see clearly without glasses or contacts has been life-changing. If you’re considering LASIK, I can’t recommend Dr. Neil Chessen and Chesen Laser Eye Center enough. Their expertise, compassionate care, and outstanding results exceeded all of my expectations. I went to pick up my son’s contacts. I ordered them with Wherely at Chesen Laser Eye Center. She along with Katie at the front desk made ordering them nice and easy. They also made sure of his insurance covering them. They were both fabulous helping me get them for my son. Didn’t get any better then what they did to make it nice and easy. Katie and Wherely are the best !!!!!
Staff is professional but friendly which eliminates stress for the patient new to the practice. The professional who documented eye health and obtained my measures to inform Dr. Chesen was outstanding. I told her I could tell she enjoyed her job and her performance told me she is very good at what she does. I appreciated the feeling that I wasn't just one more number going through the process. I am very happy with Dr. Chesen himself for he really took his time answering my questions and infusing information about cataract surgery easing my fear of the surgery.
Dr. Chesen, and staff are remarkably knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with providing answers, in turn relief when the visit was over. Definitely returning for my next visit. Highly recommend!
