This place really needs to get their act together. We scheduled an eye appointment for our son. They started doing a medical exam on him they were under the assumption he didn't have a primary doctor. We let them know when we booked the appointment we told receptionist he does have a primary care doctor. So that was a wasted appointment so they rescheduled for an eye doctor. Fast forward had an eye doctor's appointment today arrive 20 minutes early. Appointment was at 11:00 a.m. sat there for well over an hour and had to leave and reschedule because I had to be back at work. This place needs to be sensitive to parents because parents are taking their lunch breaks going to appointments. They expect patients to arrive 20 minutes early but yet expect you to wait over an hour and still not be seen.
Good clinic. The only thing is if you call them your call will never be answered in the clinic. They have a call center answering the calls.
I went to an appointment on 12/11/2025 , I requested a refill for my asthma pump, ( on record) it is now 12/22/2025 I have yet to receive my pump or so much as a phone call. It's really a shame it's been my experience when you have money ,you receive better health care. I deserve to breath . No matter my status. A life is a life!!
My favorite doctor is Dr. Betts. She is a really nice lady. I love my Dr. Betts. Thank you.
