Cancelled my tire appointment because they couldn’t get my tires in stock. Instead of calling to explore other options with me they simply just canceled my appointment. My car is uninspected because I need tires for inspection and received a warning that will turn into a fine because now I still can’t get my car inspected due to Walmart and their policies.

Usually love the workers here but the lightskin with orange curly hair, adiads sweatshirt, and black leggings was extremely disrespectful and rude, treated me like i was an idiot because she didnt say excuse me. Plus half the workwrs pretend they dont speak english when you need something, the amount of times ill ask a question and get “no english” and then they walk over to a coworker to talk shit in perfect english is absurd, love scott tho hes the best

I purchased tires from Walmart.com. the website will not allow you to purchase tires that dont fit your vehicle. I bought the correct size tire. I made an appointment online to have the tires installed at this walmart because it is the closest to my house and I bought the road hazard protection plan which requires the tires to be installed by walmart to use the road hazzard plan. This is the second time that I have ordered these exact same tires for my vehicle. The same employee who is the doppelganger for the Phillies Karen is the same person that gave me a hard time the first time I purchased these tires and was ordered by the store manager the first time I bought these tires to put them on my truck, who believes that her position in the walmart tire service department gives her just enough authority to make someones day inconvenient at best but this time she willfully put peoples lives at risk by denying me service that was bought and paid for. So after my experience with phillies Karen the last time over the exact same tires that her store manager ultimately told her to have the tires put on the first time decides to deny me service again for the exact same issue that she was told about before. According to Walmart's policy they will only install tires that match the door card for tire size. I drive a 2500 HD truck which only has an option for a 17-in wheel on the door card. However Chevy offers three wheel options of 17", 18", and 20 inches. I have the 18 in option which is listed in the Chevy manual which I showed to the store manager the last time which is why they ultimately approved the tires being put on. Knowing this when I went into the store the same employee that rang up my tires less than a year ago decided she was going to deny me service again only this time I was driving on a spare tire that had over 600 miles on it. I was told that I would need to come back and reschedule my appointment and that they would not put the tires on after I explained to her that I was driving on a spare tire and that this tire had 600 miles on it already and that I did not feel safe leaving the store the tire could possibly blow and I could possibly hurt or kill somebody to which she replied it's Walmart policy sir. Somewhere during the conversation she went and got the store "coach" Morgan(because there was no store manager available) who was the most condescending pretentious person I've ever spoken to in my life who found joy in the fact that he got to deny me service and tell me no Walmart would not put on my tires that I had already bought and paid for I will never shop at Walmart again.

I Just started shopping here in March, after moving here from Allentown. Every time was pretty routine until tonight. it was around 9PM and the place was kinda empty, but I enjoy it that way. There was a lot of activity with the positive changes that are being made. I went in with a list of things I was looking for. First on my list was fruit. I grabbed a bundle of apples and oranges and headed to the frozen section. There I chose my food and proceeded to the coffee section and searched for my favorite brand. I was pleasantly surprised that it was discounted by four dollars. First win of the night. II then proceeded to the cleaning section to locate some cleaning stuff. It was challenging to find because of the new layout, but I pushed on and reached out to Egwardo(sp?) I noticed his tatoos and he was happy too tell me about them. I asked him where the supplies where and he gladly showed me were I looked though the isle and blindly missed them. I ended up going half way around the store talking to four different associates trying to find carpet cleaner. I end up back at my original location where Egwardo has located the cleaner on the top rack of the isle. I had passed it three times without noticing. He and every other associate were super nice in offering help. Once I finally found my cleaner I headed over to stationery looking for a single subject notebook. I finally found them hidden away at the end of one of the isles, where I find what I was initially looking for at a very reasonable price. I noticed a journal that caught my eye and seen that it was discounted by Four dollars, so I jumped on it. After adding that to my cart I headed to the housewares section where I was looking for a plate to use as a base for my pothos plant. I found a beautiful plate that fit my decor perfectly, also discounted significantly. I was starting to think how much better could this night go. I then proceed to the to the toy section to feed my newly acquired addiction to hot wheels cars. II looked through a bin of cars and spotted two cars that drew me in. SCORE! Then I looked in the isle and found two more on the rack that I loved! Score again! With everything added to my cart I headed to the check out. The line was small and I moved quickly to the check out where I met Linda. A Porto Rican woman with a pleasant smile and friendly demeanor. As I placed my items on the conveyor the journal came up and I asked for a price check. As it turns out there was a mistake and the price of the journal was actually its original price. Linda handled it like a pro and we went on to have a conversation about mutual interests and our journey through life. I decided that the original price of the journal was too much for my budget and left it behind. I continued through check out and left to my car. Feeling like I needed to use the rest room, I returned and purchased the journal anyway, just to have one last conversation with Linda about her Origins. She gave off such a positive energy I will never forget. For that I am grateful. Probably my best ever experiences at a Walmart. Thank you!

The food area is always a mess. Those associates cant be bothered to help. However, the pharmacy staff and deli employees are very nice, and always smile. And why do they have employees on the sales floor, where something is,they look at you and say,i dont speak english. if they cant speak english, they should not be on the sales foor. How do they fill orders, when the shelve items are in english.
