I want to give a glowing review specifically for the outstanding management and customer service I received from John at America's Best. I came in dealing with several frustrating problems with my glasses, and John went above and beyond to help me through every step. He was incredibly patient, always cordial, and never once gave me a hard time no matter how many issues we had to address. John took his time with me, carefully listened to my concerns, and focused completely on finding the right solutions. What impressed me most was how he handled everything calmly and professionally—there was never any confrontation or pressure. He truly led by example with his management style, making sure I felt supported and valued as a customer. Thanks to John’s dedication and expertise, my glasses issues are completely resolved, and I’m finally comfortable again. I scheduled an appointment for my mother and called ahead to confirm whether they had a translator or if I could translate for her. The woman on the phone told me it was completely fine for me to come in and translate. When we arrived, the staff refused to see my mother solely because she doesn’t speak English. I explained that I had already been told over the phone that I could translate, but they still refused to attend to her. We ended up leaving without being helped. This was unprofessional, inconsistent, and very disappointing, especially after confirming ahead of time.

Friendly and professional staff. A 5 star review. The Wyomrssing store on the other hand treats people like dirt.

Miriah was very helpful and professional while I was picking out frames for myself. She broke everything down to help me understand exactly what I needed and the pricing for what I wanted. She kept her focus on me even while the rest of her team were talking to each-other loudly about another employee that wasn’t present. I could barely hear poor Miriah try and explain anything to me while they were speaking loudly to one another from across the room. I would advise that crew to reframe from talking about another employees in front of customers and not speak so loudly when a customer is trying to listen to the person helping them. It was very ridiculous and unprofessional. Keep being you Miriah! And thank you for taking your job seriously!

He helped my daughter and me pick out two pairs of glasses under warranty, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Raven was kind, patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to assist us. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and genuinely helpful. He absolutely deserves a raise!
