Sam’s Club Optical

Jessica helped me with getting new glasses for the first time. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I love the glasses and her excellent customer service served with a smile. She deserves a raise because it’s a busy Saturday and she’s working alone.

They cancelled my appointment 2 days before I was scheduled to arrive. I went into this location on Welsh Rd in Willow Grove (Optical Center) on September 26. I scheduled an appointment for October 10th 2020. I took the day off from work to be available for this appointment. Today, October 8 the Optical Center informs me that the appointment is cancelled. I already took the day off and can't get it back. I asked can they accommodate me with another appointment because the cancellation is on there side. They're next available for me was another two weeks away. Luckily for me, Costco isn't far away.

My husband and I each ordered glasses, explaining at the time that we needed them within a week as we were going out of the country. We were told they would let us know if it was a problem. They never did. I called 2 days before we left, then one day- they still had not arrived. We were disappointed at the poor service and will not use Sams again. Sams told us to come in for a refund, but that really didnt help as we needed our glasses

I have been dealing with Sam's club optical for many many years now and have always had fabulous service.

Sam's Club has competitive prices and selection. I go there regularly.
