I accidentally gave Franklin the post I meant for the Antioch Sam’s Club Optical. I saw Missy on February 2nd, 2026 and she is the most professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented Optician I have ever worked with. She really cares about her customers and makes sure you are happy. She will be my forever glasses lady and Sam’s optical has a customer for life with Missy. Again thanks Missy for your attention to detail and you excellent customer service!!’

I have been coming to this Optical location for many years. The ladies that work here Misty & Erika always give exceptional customer service! They are both very knowledgeable and make sure that you leave satisfied. Sam’s Club needs more employees like these ladies! Thank you as always!

I experienced great service, great quality and great prices, and a quick turnaround time to receive my eyeglasses was great also, also nice that they can always do adjustments and cleaning whenever you are in the store, much appreciated!
