Sam’s Club Optical

Due to shortage of staff, manager being present during business hours and/or out on vacation, “Vanessa”, this Sam’s Optical Club dept will not honor returns and exchanges in a timely affecting the customer and in our case, the material originally available for the customer’s lens was discontinued or became unavailable. Your short staff of Managerial personnel lead to the customer not attaining what he first bought due to Manager not placing order and doing the only override MANAGERS who have access to have. Thanks to Amy and Olga over at the Rice Village Sam’s Optical location!!

We drove an hour for the optical glasses and it says its closing at 7 monday-Saturday and we came 6:20 and its completely closed and we wasted our time.

They offer 1 year warranty i paid over $300 for the uv lens,scrach resistant lens all the bs they tell you to get and i said yeah i need it because i want the glasses to last a while, the lens started to peel and the lens are all scrached up and the frame broke all this started happening like a month after the warranty ended if they tell you to get all that stuff say no its only good for a year after that good luck you have to pay for another set of glasses

Mercedes, the optical department manager, showed me exceptional customer service going above and beyond my expectations. I had a problem with my Mark's member glass frame which I had bought not a long ago and she was very understanding and accommodating towards my issues and needs. She was very easygoing and pleasent helping me to understand and to fix the issue. I'll be a customer at that optical center as long as Mercedes is there because I was very well treated and know she will keep doing an amazing job for all the customers at that store. Sam's club needs more employees at the optical centers with her knowledge and mainly with her excellent customer service experience. Great job Mercedes and keep going because you make the difference!

I don’t feel satisfied with service I have 15 days awaiting for my glasses and and I came here to ask what happened, and now I have to wait 30 minutes to be attended to.
