Sam’s Club Optical

Kassandra is a lifesaver! My daughter’s nose pieces broke on her glasses and we were told by our eye office that they were not fixable. We made a quick stop to the Sam’s vision center and Kassandra was so kind to take the time to help us out. She replaced both nose pieces and screws and honestly made my daughter’s whole day so much better. Thank you Kassandra!

Place has the shitty hours I expect from a bank. I'll stick with Costco, where the optical is actually open.

I purchased prescription eyeglasses at Sam's Club Optical Center and my glasses were stylish, affordable, and delivered on time (actually a day ahead of schedule). The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have purchased glasses here on multiple occasions and will do so in the future.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this optical shop. I really thought I’d get better service from Sam’s. I bought my glasses on December 21st, and was told they would arrive on January 3rd. January 3 rolls around and I give them a call to make sure I could come pick them up, but the guy I spoke to had no idea where they were and apparently they’d been pushed back to January 10th. No answers as far as what caused the delay. I had to call a few times to even get that information, because he said he’d call me with an update but never did. January 9th, today, I call and ask if they will be here tomorrow like they said. Apparently they are stuck in Memphis and there’s no ETA. The young lady I spoke with “thinks they’re going to go ahead and resubmit the order.” It’s been 3 weeks and I have to call and drag information about my order out of someone. I asked them to call me when my order has actually been resubmitted today, but I don’t expect I’ll get a call back. I know you can’t expect or control delays, but you should call customers and inform them of delays or changes.
