I bought 2 pairs of glasses+ warranty 6 months ago and one of my glasses leg broke they said that I have file a claim online hey didn't told me that I have to go somewhere else,I tried to do it and I'm not allowed because my info doesn't match on they records,,, they just waisting MI time ,,I guess going to trash it and go somewhere else,don't shop at Sam's optical they have the worst customer service
