I ordered glasses here and spent money on a lyft there and back during their business hours just for no one to be there. Really unprofessional, should’ve had people available to cover if someone is out sick. I also find it highly unlikely that all of the people that work there were sick on the same day, and would be able to come back the next day. Seems suspicious.

By far the worst optical place in been. I had been searching for a new pair of frames for a bit and found a nice pair while on vacation abroad. I decided that since I'm at Sam's weekly for work I would get the lenses prescription filled there. Easy enough right. A week later I get a call saying "we are sorry, while installing the lenses the frame cracked". I'm very disappointed about this as it had taken me time to find the right frame. They say they will refund me the value of the frames, and to bring another pair in. So instead of starting the search again, I say can you fit lenses to my current frames, they say sure. Problem solved right? When my new lenses are ready I go in where they say the lenses are too big come back tomorrow and our tech will grind them down? When back the next day after the lenses had been ground down. They start to install them and AGAIN THEY BREAK MY FRAMES. Once, could me a defect, twice is just incompetence
I've been here multiple times during posted business hours bNo one is ever there. Whoever is supposed to be manning this post should be dismissed.
