If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I guess this is why more and more people are switching to Costco. Don't trust this optical center to be open when they say they will be. If you are debating between this Sam's and the one on Spring Creek , go to the one on Spring Creek. Or just get your glasses somewhere else entirely. When I asked to speak to a manager, it took 15 minutes for one to be "found" and he didn't even walk to us when he got to the front, he just started moving flowers and the lady at Member Services just pointed at him. Jacob and one other young lady, I wish I got her name, were the ONLY employees at this store to be of any help, they were literally walking around trying to help us find a manager when it was obvious the lady at Member Services was not going to do anything about it.

I don’t know if I was seeing straight today, but it seemed like I was at a height measurement store. The sales people were more concerned about flirting and each other’s heights than helping their customers. Which on that note 6”0 isn’t even tall☠️. Get your stuff together and stop being lazy. If you do not want to work just stay home and stop complaining. Customer service was lacking and it seems like they can benefit from watching some customer service videos at home. I honestly rather have poor vision than buy from here. Do not recommend!!!
