I have always had good experiences with Sam's Optical besides this last time. We bought lens for frames we already had like we normally do and they damaged the frames as they were putting the lens in. They won't do anything if they ruin the frames; just FYI! They never ruined them at Costco. I like to leave reviews that I would like to see. Besides that instance, they have great prices and they've always been quick with orders and great at customer service.

The Sam's Optical Center is great - Chase was so helpful when getting a new pair of glasses! He explained every option efficiently and answered any questions I had with ease. A very professional yet easygoing customer service experience!

Me and my wife have seen this guy for the second time today, and I have to say that for the first time in my life, I believe 5 stars is NOT HIGH ENOUGH. He deserves 10+ stars. I ALWAYS recommend Dr. Gibson.

I seriously would never go anywhere else to get my eye checked. Seriously, this is amaizng. Look, dont go there for the frames, unless youre a child, butttt the guy who checks your eyes, amazing. 10/10. I couldnt think of a better person to go to. I am 24 years old and I have been going there since I was in 4th grade. Life is good when you get your eyes checked at sams club

I went in to have a new prescription since my glasses broke. They called Costco who had my previous prescription, found out it was still valid so they helped me use that prescription to buy new glasses. Got them within 3 days of ordering them.
