I went into optical to get my pupillary distance measured because I was looking to order a pair online. Something anywhere that sells glasses has to do to get the right ones. When I spoke to the lady, she told me they didn't give that information out, despite the fact that I was going to use it to buy glasses from them. I had to go to another store to get them, and it was extremely frustrating that I ended up ordering from somewhere else just because if they don't want to help us order, then I won't buy expensive glasses from them. Whether she didnt give it out so id have to buy from sams club or if she didnt have a machine but not having a machine makes me doubt the ability to do good glasses. Extremely disappointed when BJ's has been much easier and gave me my pupillary distance.
