I went in to get my glasses adjusted, I gave them to the girl and i watched her snap my glasses in front of me, she ran to the back. A glasses adjustment was only supposed to last 5 minutes. I ended up being in here for over than hour because she switched my glasses and tried lying to me about it. She shaved down my lens to make the fix a smaller frame. I confronted her about it and she directly lied to me about breaking my original glasses. Absolutely do not recommend these people. They broke and swapped my glasses without telling me then tried lying to me about it. HORRIBLE

This place is awful; was seen on the 1st and told trial contacts would be ordered and ready in approx a week. The 14th I called and was told the order was pkaced on the 2nd and sometimes it takes longer. Called on the 24th and was told that an order wasn't placed and they would talk with the Dr. to release the prescription as I'm leaving town for 3 montha and leaving in a week; never got a call back. Went in to Sams optical on the 27th; I am told the Dr. isn't in today. This place
