Took my mom in today to have an eye exam with Dr. Webber. Wish i could give 10 stars, he went above and beyond in helping my mom find out what was wrong with her eyes. He has been the only doctor to help her. Took his time and was very kind and considerate. I will keep taking her back yearly as long as he is there. Thanks Doctor Webber.

Dr. Webber and staff have been great. Scheduling is easy, appointments are easy, and Dr. Webber takes the time to explain things during the appointment instead of rushing through to the next person with as few words as possible. It’s hard to find decent customer service let alone genuine and honest care and I feel like this optometry office, inside of Sam’s club surprisingly, is able to offer all of that at very affordable prices.

Lady I spoke to was passive aggressive when I corrected her about the type of appointment I wanted. Did not seem like she wanted to speak to me or listen to my needs because she cut me off and tried to say something that I wasn't even referring to. You work in a doctor's office, you need to be patient and understanding. Only reason why I gave two stars instead of one, is because there was a guy there who was very nice. Unfortunately the lady already made me upset so I cancelled appointment and will not do business here, I'll take my money elsewhere.

The ladies here are a joke. They get the measurements wrong and ur glasses are messed up and it’s your fault LOL very rude. The old bleached blonde needs a new job or learn how to do the one she has. GO TO A REAL EYE DR. save ur self some grief.

These people are seriously amazing! From the time I arrived for my appointment til I left, Darlene, Amy, and Dr. Weber did everything they could to ensure that I got everything I needed, both medically and personally. They were clear on the costs of everything, and spelled out the expenses for me to ensure that I was satisfied and didn't leave with an empty wallet. I'm a generally/socially anxious person, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point throughout my visit. 10/10 will visit again
