Literally forgot about me on hold for over half an hour, then when I called again they said they were busy which I know is a lie because I physically stopped by. They do accept medicaid, however their Doctor only accepts 2 kinds. Don't waste your time or money with this rude and unprofessional staff.
I went to this location for a contact lens fitting and experienced ongoing issues with the right lens feeling too large and uncomfortable. I was given two trial options, not four. I stated that the second pair felt better than the first at that time, but after continued wear I called to report that the right lens still did not feel correct. I contacted the office multiple times about the same issue because it was never resolved. These were calls regarding the same two trial lenses, not separate fittings. During those calls, the communication was rude and dismissive. I was placed on hold and told I would receive a call back, which I did not. When I followed up, I was told there were no other trial options available and that I should try somewhere else. If there were no additional options to offer, I am unclear why another appointment was suggested. I paid cash for my visit and even offered to pay for another exam. I was not seeking anything for free. I simply wanted the fit issue addressed properly. I have call logs and screenshots documenting my attempts to resolve this matter. Because of how I was treated, I will be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr. Kelly Slater is amazing. The staff is great. I had to wait for about a month to get an appointment, and was completely understanding and willing to wait for great care. Many people do not take insurance, and the number of patients a doctor can see in a day into consideration. I would recommend Dr. Slater and her staff to anyone.
When I called they hung up on me then the second time they put me on hold and never got back to me.
