The glasses were not cheap, yet the quality is subpar. Their lab did a poor job with the lenses and I could not see well. When I complained, they were adamant that the lenses were made according to the prescription. I threw them away and ended up going elsewhere. The wait time is also super long despite having an appointment. Not recommended.

I have been coming here for years and Dr. Pham has been here for the last several and has done a great job. Glasses and lenses are up to date and well done. The orders come in as promised and they are very knowledgeable and professional! I’m completely satisfied and continue to bring my family here as well.
Richard Davis, BINA Patel. They always go over and beyond to help me with my optical needs for myself as well as my son! They are extremely personable, and knowledgeable of all the eye care products and insurance! Thank you for always being there for myself and my son!
Refused to give me my full PD unless I purchased glasses. I told them before the exam that I was not buying glasses, and that I needed a full prescription. If I was told I would not receive the full prescription I would not have gotten the exam. Also lied to me about a GA law not allowing them to give me my PD. The liability is with the entity that fills the prescription, not with the one who measures my PD.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years and it’s so sad to see the deterioration over time. From inept front desk/optometrist assistants to inconsistent ophthalmologists who clearly don’t want to be at this center for more than year. Tried to order some contacts and the experience was lackluster to say the least. Will not be coming here again
