Such deceptive practices. Not only will I never give the optical center my business again, I’m discontinuing my membership -altogether- and will give Costco my business. Went in to make a simple contact lenses purchase, using insurance. The elderly lady (Halda or Halga) desperately tried to get me to pay more than my insurance’s allowance. I asked to purchase 1 box of contacts as my prescription is the SAME in both eyes. One box. That’s it. Simple. The cost of the box was $120; my allowance is $180. YET, you tell me I’d have to pay you $30 out-of-pocket. After questioning why, here’s where her filthy tongue got twisted and tied. (Note: they’re in network, AND I called my insurance to verify…) She’s a liar in her old age. She stated that if I didn’t use my entire allowance, I’ll lose it before the year ends and I had to deplete it in that purchase — lie #1.She also said, if I didn’t get 2 boxes of contact lenses, my insurance will only cover a portion of the cost (less than the allowance) — lie #2. She continued by stating — I had a copay on my contact lenses purchase — lie #3. Absolutely disgusting. I had enough and walked away; I’ll be reporting this. May you never prosper as long as you continue in such deception and manipulation. And no — I did not make the purchase.

They got my contact prescription incorrect on my order and can't figure out how to resolve it. I've been told 3 different things by 2 people that work there and I'm without contacts. The issue should've been resolved within a week but it's yet to be fixed. They were the cheapest route and I wish I'd ordered elsewhere. The associates are nice but I don't see how one can incorrectly submit a faxed prescription and order. I'm still waiting to have the issue resolved.

The eye exam is expert-level and considerably less expensive than other optometry practices in the area. There wasn’t any pressure selling of vitamins or other upsell gimmickry that has become the norm these days. My wife is happy. Thank you

The African American lady here will not even acknowledge you! I've come here on TWO different occasions and she has helped everyone that came AFTER me. This means that Sam's optical has lost business at least TWICE! Please hire better associates!!!

waited 30 mins just for one of the employees to tell me they can't assist me in buying glasses... would've liked to know that BEFORE i waited half an hour.
