Doctor seemed like he does not like his job very much and was condescending, unprofessional, and I daresay even a tad rude. I am very very disappointed in how I was treated at this facility. I am severely myopic and I learned that I have eye muscle misalignment only recently. I came to this practice to have my glasses prescription updated and at the same time I tried to tell the doctor about the muscular misalignment I was experiencing. The doctor tried to grab my head to restrain me for the more challenging parts of the exam (like eyedrops and bright lights) which infuriated me, and no sympathy was shown when I tried to tell him about my double vision/muscle misalignment. In fact, the doctor told me that since I had gotten along “fine” so far, he wasn’t going to do anything or refer me to anyone. In conclusion, would not recommend. Bedside manner: 0/10 Professionalism: 0/10

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, wasn’t seen for a pre exam for at least 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. The tech still couldn’t tell me after an hour when I would be seen. I never saw the doctor. They said they always run late and even though hours state they’re open until 6 on certain days, exams stop at 5 so if you work a normal job you won’t be seen. It’s extremely inconsiderate to expect patients to be on time, if not early; but the doctor can run as late and as long as they want. Don’t offer this as a “perk” of the SAMS club membership if the perk is a doctor who doesn’t care about being on time for his appointments.

The optometrist is great! Very thorough with diabetic examination! The opticians are very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend seeing this fabulous staff for your optical needs!

I saw Dr. Radu years ago when he first started at this location and was so relieved when I walked in this morning and saw him. He is a wonderful optometrist...just an excellent human being and a very very talented eye Doctor! His bed side manner is second to none. He will listen to your situation and he knows how to make patients feel like people. I cannot say enough good about his professionalism, character and unique genuineness! Thanks Doc. Pleasure! 👓 😎 👓

I see. (No pun intended) That they have a 3.7. well I will say that Dr. Radu is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel like I have 4k vision now! Great service and love my new glasses.
