I've been to this Sam's Club Optical Center quite a few times now, and I highly recommend it! I've been assisted by several of the employees here -- I want to send a big thank you to Kimberly, Melanie, Ronald, and one other person whose name I'm forgetting (I'm so sorry!). I first purchased reading glasses from here, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as they guided me through my options: Kimberly and Ronald really went the extra mile to help me choose the frames, taking a lot of time with me, and Melanie and the other employee (whose name I forgot! I'm so sorry again!) helped me a great deal with choosing the lens type/features. There'd been a mistake with the first prescription I provided, which probably created a lot of complications for them, but the whole team was super understanding and gracious with me as I sorted through that issue on my end and brought them back the right prescription. Kimberly was a lifesaver for pinpointing what had gone wrong and helping me resolve the problem, and Ronald was very patient and thorough with answering questions, as I bombarded him with a ton of them! :-) My apologies again for all that trouble! In the end, the reading glasses I got have worked great! More recently, I was helped by Melanie to choose the right type of new lenses for my distance glasses. She carefully walked me through the pros and cons of the different options I was considering, and I think she rescued me from making a big mistake -- I really appreciate her attention to detail!
