The receptionist and the optometrist were incredibly rude and incompetent. Called them and they were not even ready to talk. Definitely not worth it. Not having any proper update about delay, sounds like they broke the lens and then were trying to hide it and not telling the reason. I will never come back here while they are here. I would not reccomend coming here to anyone.
I wish there were more than 5 stars. We went to purchase some sunglasses and the person there (Karen) was sooooo helpful. She even advised that Sam’s now have eye checkups which we were unaware. Thanks Sams for all you do!

I used to pay less than $100 for my entire family. Now, they are charging over $300. Defintely not worth it. I will never come back here while they are here. I would not reccomend coming here to anyone.
I had great service and the optician was very professional and helpful. Got my glasses in record time! All good! Will use them again!
