Absolutely pathetic service by the staff. They refused to even check our insurance and immediately told us it was not accepted, insisting we pay out of pocket if we wanted an eye exam. Wish could have gave 0 star When we asked about glasses, the staff showed zero interest in helping, casually stating they only accept four insurance plans and offering no alternatives, explanations, or solutions. This is pure laziness and poor customer service. As Sam’s Club exclusive members, this experience is completely unacceptable. Especially when they openly advertise that they accept the majority of insurance plans (see the picture) clearly misleading customers by informing that they only accept 4 plan. The staff didn’t bother to inquire, verify, or assist in any way. A total waste of time. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

The Optical department at the Spring Creek location is our favorite for getting our glasses made. Exceptional service from all the staff. Over the years we've been helped by Mary, Randy, Lorrie and now Ronaldo. Their knowledge and experience is impressive. Worth the time for us to drive there across Plano!

Way cheaper pricing on contacts and glasses compared to Stanton Optical, Target Optical and America's Best. There is a limited selection of frames in-store and it's a small area with limited space, especially if you're waiting I'd recommend to walk around nearby.

I have my new prescription glasses here twice. Low price and great service could be found here. The only thing I'd highly recommend that the optical center should upgrade from manual measurement to the high-tech measurement glass kit with app as some other places for the best measurement accuracy.

They are very nice and helpful . The eye doctor at the spring creek Sam’s club location is very kind and he knows what he’s doing . I put on my glasses and they don’t even give me a headache like the last time I got glasses put on a long time ago . He got my prescription right on point . Thank you for all your hard work !! He actually cares about you as a patient and your eye care!!
