I had a really great experience at San Antonio Eye Works. Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The eye exam was quick but thorough, and they used some really cool technology that made me feel confident in the results. What I appreciated most was how much they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Overall, it felt like they genuinely cared about my eye health and gave me an elevated level of care. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality eye care. Highly recommend!

Kristi was by far the best help I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough and never felt rushed—everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. Ask for Kristi, her Customer service truly stood out. Everyone was patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. This is easily one of the best eyeglasses and eye care experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to family and friends.

My husband and I go to Dr. P, and we appreciate her expertise and professionalism. She is warm and personable, and knowledgeable about all of the latest in the field of optometry. The office personnel is friendly and welcoming. We have each purchased regular glasses, readers and sunglasses from her office as well. Christine has worked with us to select from a fabulous array of beautiful frames, and is so helpful with the fit, looks and best pricing for our glasses. She is such a pleasure to work with! I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in a long time- was never usually a fun experience for me. They were usually rushed through my appointment, tried to get me to buy their glasses, and generally didn’t seem to care about me as a patient. Here, everyone was so kind and chill! Dr Hernandez was super thorough in her checkup, which I really appreciated. They even checked my peripheral vision, which I had never had done before. I even found glasses that I really liked with blue light protection, transitions, the works. In total, it was all at a super affordable price. I’ve already recommended people here, cannot say enough how much I really enjoyed my experience!

You never feel rushed, and it’s clear she is passionate about providing the highest level of care whether it’s a routine exam or dealing with my children. The optical selection is outstanding - both modern and stylish frames that you won’t find at big box stores and the team is amazing at helping me find the perfect fit. Loved Kristie and bri both. The entire process is seamless and professional from start to finish.
