Dr. Ghanem is very detailed, professional and very nice. She knew exactly what I needed once I told her the changes I felt in my vision. I am very impressed with her work. The girls in the front are very nice, funny and attentive. I had the best experience from beginning to end. Karla the optician is very funny and knows exactly what I needed, she is very well trained and professional. Thank you girls!
Everything is perfect. The doctor for the eyes is a beautiful person. She knows how to treat people that the receptionist could be a little better with people. The person showing the lens frames is also a very nice and polite person.
tried to schedule an appointment and they said there is a mandatory $25 retinal imaging exam. I asked if I could have my retinal exam done with dilation since my insurance covers it and they said no!!! Apparently it is their "policy" to have this done, you can't choose to not do it and you can't choose to get dilation instead. This is definitely a violation and I will be reporting this office to DHCS, LA Care, and the board of optometry. So sad they're doing this to patients with medical, shame on you.
Staff is rude and don’t care about customer satisfaction, the attitude is very disappointing and unprofessional. Please check insurance eligibility before telling customers they are not eligible when they clearly are eligible. Miserable faces and unwelcoming environment the staff should do a lot better.
Had a great visit the other day, and I was pleased to interact with Olga again. I’ve moved away from SFV about 5 years ago & was going somewhere else. Missed the small town feel I get when coming here, so I decided to return. Olga was very friendly, & patient with me as I remember her always being. I will def return. Love my new glasses
