The self-checkout stations did not allow me to use Apple Pay to pay for my items. The system only allowed us to scan a barcode and pay with OnePay, which is not something I regularly use to pay for items. As a result, I had to ask an assistant to help me figure out how to pay for my items, which increased the amount of time it took to complete my purchase. As someone who does not carry cash or credit cards anymore, this experience was very frustrating because I am used to just paying for items with Apple Pay on my phone.

Waited in line 40 mins to return an item. Only 1 clerk. 2 people bought multiple money orders. Clerk chatty with them. Should only be limited 1 money order at a time. Customers spend a lot of money here. Money orders are only $1 My transaction less than a .minute
I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart. I picked up three large toys that were clearly marked at one price on the shelf. However, when I got to the register, all three scanned at higher prices. I brought it to the attention of the employee and even showed them where the items were displayed, proving the shelf prices were different. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was rude and dismissive. Customers should always double-check their receipts and the prices they are charged. My experience made me feel like they were trying to trick customers with incorrect shelf pricing. I hope Walmart does a better job of honoring posted prices and treating customers with respect.
Placed an online order for 1 item. Got there at the time I was to pick up. Called upon arrival, 533p, gave the man my name and spot I was in. Sat there for an hour as I watch cars come and go with large orders. Mind you again I had only 1 item. Finally I got out of my car and stop a person bringing orders out and asked him to check on my 1 item that I had been sitting over an hour waiting on. He proceeded to tell me I was never put in as there and waiting. 645p I finally got my order. The guy that originally answered when I checked in should find another job because he certainly doesn't know how to do this one.
ErikB. there in the automotive service department was a gem to work with. He took my daughter's car in right away. Found the gash in the sidewall in just minutes. Replaced the tire immediately and had us out the door in less then 35 minutes. We will go back to him again and again. You don't get that level of service at Discount Tire or Belle! Well done ErikB. I applaud you!!!
