My doctor moved to them after the Monument merge and they had a fast response when I got to them, but I don't seem to be and to even leave a call to get my ADHD medicine refilled. The line just cuts me off when I click that option, saying there's nobody to answer. That's why I want to leave a message, guys :/

I had an appointment to see Collette today. I have been seeing her with RCMC for years. My normal practice was to go to the Gastroenterology department and check in there and wait to be called. So today, that's what I did. First I was told that she was running about 15 minutes behind, ok. After waiting for 30 minutes, the gal sitting behind the computer asks me who I checked in with downstairs. I told her I didn't check in with anyone downstairs because I was here for GI. She proceeded to tell me that there are "big blue signs" telling people to check in on the first floor. Implying that it's my fault! And, repeating herself in front of another patient! I told her the only signs I was looking for were the Gastroenterology signs. But she just kept telling me about the "big blue signs". I told her that was leaving because she was rude. She made no attempt to apologize or try to make it right. When on the first floor I didn't find the signs to be that obvious, either. I won't be returning as long as she is there which is sad because I love Collette and Dr. Jones. I will switch to Monument or anywhere else. I am a retired airline employee and I fly for free, so I can easily get top notch care in Denver, or anywhere. I knew this switch was bad news! And to top it off, I couldn't find a way to send Collette a message in the portal to let her know!
After the transition, I Called 4 times in 3 weeks, left messages and nothing. I had to physically go in and ask the desk for the nurse to call me. It still took 2 weeks to call me back after that. They then gave me their direct line so I could leave a message if I needed to. However the almost 2 week wait for a callback continued a couple more times and one time I never even got a call back. Everything took so long, I ran out of my medication more than once. Monument health had my other prior authorizations and the prescriptions filled before I even got a call back from Sanford. So disappointed. I was excited for Sanford, but I’ve been utterly disappointed. The nurse Stacey is also not the friendliest. :( I hope everyone else has had better luck than I have.
