Schneider Eye Physicians & Surgeons

Impressed with my visit. Have heard many good things about Dr. Schneider. However, on my post op visit the day after my cataract surgery I have some serious concerns. My appointment was for 10:50 am. I arrived about 20 minutes early, almost 2 hrs later I was finally called back to a room to be seen. The waiting room was full and from the conversations I was hearing everyone was experiencing long wait times!

Fast check-in, efficient and organized screening exams, and before I knew it, I was being seen by Dr. Schneider. All my issues and questions were addressed, I did not feel rushed, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and I was helped by the friendliest staff you could ask for. Highly recommend!

Extremely frustrating experience here. The wait times are unacceptable — expect to wait two hours or more between the waiting room and the patient room before even seeing the doctor. When the appointment finally happens, the doctors often seem unsure and rely heavily on the techs for basic information, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. The office hours are also very inconvenient, and they may close the office and only notify you later in the day that your appointment needs to be rescheduled, instead of giving advance notice. That means you may take time off work for nothing. On top of that, the staff were not very helpful and there was little effort to accommodate patients. Overall, the clinic feels disorganized and poorly managed. I would recommend looking elsewhere for eye care.

Had 2 appointments at 1030 and 1040 for my son and myself. We sat in the waiting room for 1 hour before being called back. This is not the first time this has happen to us.
